Eric Shen started System Support Associates in 1998. He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has 20+ years of working experience in the field of Information Technology and holds a variety of certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, VMware, Symantec, Veeam.
John Windhorn has been a System Consultant at System Support Associates since 2014. He assists clients with technical support and IT consulting services. John received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems from Morehead State University, as well as a variety of certifications from Microsoft, Symantec, VMWare, and Grandstream.
Help Desk Technician
Jason Russell started working for System Support Associates in 2022. He provides technical support for our clients as a Help Desk Technician. Jason is certified as a Microsoft Technology Associate and is working on his B.S. Degree in Computer Science.
