The key to System Supports Associates success is its team mentality. We employ a highly trained & certified staff of technicians/consultants. Everyone on the team is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Each member also carries other certifications and product specific training.

Eric Shen started System Support Associates in 1998.  He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.  He has 20+ years of working experience in the field of Information Technology and holds a variety of certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, VMware, Symantec, Veeam.

John Windhorn has been a System Consultant at System Support Associates since 2014.  He assists clients with technical support and IT consulting services.  John received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems from Morehead State University, as well as a variety of certifications from Microsoft, Symantec, VMWare, and Grandstream.

Jason Russell
Help Desk Technician

Jason Russell started working for System Support Associates in 2022. He provides technical support for our clients as a Help Desk Technician. Jason is certified as a Microsoft Technology Associate and is working on his B.S. Degree in Computer Science.
